    Directions

    Note
    You will need 1 mug for each serving. 
    Step 1
    Wash prep area and your hands. 
    Step 2
    For each serving, spray a coffee mug with non-stick spray.
    Step 3
    Crack 2 eggs into each mug.
    Step 4
    Add 2 Tablespoons of milk and pinch of salt into each mug. Mix together with a fork.
    Step 5
    Cook each mug in microwave for 45 seconds.
    Step 6
    Remove from microwave and stir.
    Step 7
    Return to microwave and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Your microwave may take a little longer. Make sure egg is well cooked and there is no more liquid.
    Step 8
    Repeat steps 2-7 for each remaining serving.
    Step 9
    Serve with 2 pieces toast and jam per serving for a healthy breakfast!"
    TIPS
    If you like, add pepper or other herbs and spices to eggs before cooking. When serving, top eggs with favorite toppings like cheese, salsa, avocado, etc. -- and enjoy!.
