For each serving, spray a coffee mug with non-stick spray.

Crack 2 eggs into each mug.

Add 2 Tablespoons of milk and pinch of salt into each mug. Mix together with a fork.

Cook each mug in microwave for 45 seconds.

Remove from microwave and stir.

Return to microwave and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Your microwave may take a little longer. Make sure egg is well cooked and there is no more liquid.

Repeat steps 2-7 for each remaining serving.

Serve with 2 pieces toast and jam per serving for a healthy breakfast!"
