Wash prep area and your hands. Preheat oven to 350°F .

Place crisp rice cereal in shallow dish or pan. Stir in paprika. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix until smooth.

Dip chicken in batter, then coat with cereal.

Line a shallow baking pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Place chicken skin side up in a single layer in the pan. Wash your hands with warm, soapy water for 20 seconds after handling poultry.
Step 6
Drizzle chicken with melted butter.
Step 7
Bake approximately 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink, and juices run clear. Do not cover the pan. Flip chicken once after 30 minutes while baking. Serve hot.
TIP
If the chicken you are cooking has skin, be sure to cook with skin side up.
