Wash prep area, your hands, and broccoli. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Chop broccoli into 1-inch pieces and cook in a small amount of water. Cook rice as indicated in the package.

In a large saucepan, heat 3/4 of oil (save remaining 1/4 for later). Stir in flour and paprika.

Add milk and mustard. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Remove from heat.

Shred cheese, thenstir it into the mixture, one-fourth at a time, until melted.

Grease a baking dish. Layer rice, broccoli, tuna, and cheese mixture in the dish.

In a small bowl, toss together cereal and remaining oil. Sprinkle over top of cheese.

Bake, uncovered, about 18 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges. Serve hot.
