Below are examples of foods your family can get with WIC.
Different WIC food packages are available based on:
- a child's age
- whether a woman is pregnant
- whether a woman chooses to breastfeed

Food benefit examples during a baby's first year
If you are fully or mostly breastfeeding, you may be able to get a larger WIC food package during your baby's first year. Scroll down to discover the differences in food packages for:
- Fully breastfeeding. This means only breastfeeding, with no formula.
- Mostly breastfeeding. This means mostly breastfeeding, with some formula.
- Some breastfeeding. This means mostly formula, with some breastfeeding.
- Not breastfeeding.
