In a small skillet, stir together ground meat and water over medium heat.

Cook until meat is no longer pink and completely cooked through. This will take about 4 minutes. Remove from the burner and allow to cool slightly.

In a blender or food processor, puree the meat with water, breastmilk, or infant formula until the texture is right for your baby. For a thinner consistency, add a little more water, breast milk, or infant formula.
Step 5
Put the puree in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days. It can also be kept in the freezer for up to three months.
TIPS
You can add in steamed and pureed vegetables or fruit to change the flavor and texture. Make sure to only use foods you have fed to your baby separately using the 3-day wait rule to check for allergies.
