    Directions

    Step 1
    Wash prep area and your hands.
    Step 2
    In large mixing bowl, add cereal, raisins, and almonds. Mix together.
    Step 3
    In small mixing bowl, add peanut butter, oil and honey. Mix together.
    Step 4
    Combine peanut butter and honey mix with the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
    Step 5
    Spoon mixture into 9x9 glass pan. Press down firmly and evenly in pan.
    Step 6
    Chill pan in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    TIP
    Substitute a different dried fruit for the raisins to vary the taste, or serve raisin free bars with a complimentary fruit like an apple.

    3 cups whole grain cereal
    1 cup (optional) raisins
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons oil
