Dice onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Mince garlic.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Stir in the lime juice and salt. Add onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Finish by adding cayenne pepper.
Step 4
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour so flavors blend, or serve immediately with fresh vegetables and tortilla chips, or use on tacos.
