Wash prep area, your hands, and all fresh produce (including the banana). Peel banana and freeze in chunks.

Remove kale leaves from stems and chop leaves. Chop banana. Add orange juice and kale to blender and well blended. Add berries and banana and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for 4 hours, overnight, or until completely set.
TIP
If you do not have a popsicle mold, the pureed mixture can be frozen in plastic cups, an ice cube tray, or a muffin tin. With any of these alternatives, wrap aluminum foil around the container and pierce with popsicle sticks. The aluminum foil keeps the popsicle sticks in place. Instead of fresh kale, you could use fresh or frozen spinach.
