Directions
Step 1
Wash prep area, your hands, and all vegetables.
Step 2
Chop cilantro and onion. Dice tomatoes.
Step 3
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on all sides.
Step 4
Add broth, corn, black beans, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, cumin, and seasoned chicken to slow cooker.
Step 5
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Step 6
While the chicken is cooking, prepare brown rice according to its directions.
Step 7
Shred chicken with a fork and serve over cooked brown rice.
