Recommendation
WIC-approved breakfast cereals are in a different category of benefits than other whole grain foods. Not all WIC-approved cereals have a whole grain as the main ingredient. When shopping for cereals, choose at least some whole grain cereals every time you use your WIC food benefits. Choose hot and cold cereals with whole grains for more fiber.
