WIC gives you a great variety of nutritious foods. You get whole grains, cereals, fruits, vegetables, proteins, and dairy every month!  You probably already like some of these foods, and some may seem new. That is okay! Here are three simple steps to get to know your state’s WIC approved foods!  

  1. Always shop with your state’s WIC approved foods list or WIC Shopper App. This makes it easier to know which brand and size to choose.
  2. List some foods you have not tried but would like to. 
  3. List foods you are not sure how to prepare.
