Sheet Pan Meals: Build-your-own

Like one pot meals, sheet pan recipes are a quick way to make a complete meal. They can easily include 3 food groups. In a sheet pan meal, everything is roasted together on a baking sheet. Sheet pan meals are also a great way to experiment with new flavors, such as vegetables or spices. When making sheet pan meals, include foods that are:

  • full of nutrients
  • limited in added sugars, saturated fat, and sodium
  • from at least 3 food groups; always include a veggie or fruit
