A Whole Meal In One Dish: Mealtime can be that easy

 

All-in-one meals are a great way to offer a variety of food from several food groups in one dish. No side dishes are required to make a complete meal! The most popular all-in-one dish meals can easily be made on a cooktop or in the oven. Slow cookers and multicookers (sometimes better known by a brand name, like Instant Pot®) are great cooking options too. When planning an all-in-one meal, make sure to include foods that are:

  • Full of nutrients 
  • Limited in added sugars, saturated fat, and sodium
  • From at least 3 food groups; always include a veggie or fruit
