Finding new ways to include fresh produce in meals and snacks can be a fun family activity. Write your plan on a piece of paper or your phone. Then put it somewhere you can easily see it.  

Use Health eKitchen, a cookbook, or a favorite online recipe site to find new recipes. Search by the locally grown veggie or fruit you want to use.
Write down the recipes you plan to use and the date you plan to make it.
